 I am engaged in writing academic papers in my research areas of interest. These areas specifically include architectural education, participatory architecture, participatory design thinking, the understanding of the meaning of life within the architectural context, and concepts at the intersection of art and architecture, such as poetry and Persian miniature painting (Negargari). So far, I have published two ISI Q1 papers and four ISC papers, and I have several other papers in the process of publication and peer review.​​​​​​​

Essays

In addition to academic papers, I also publish pieces on topics related to art, the city, and memory. Most of these appear in student journals or publications that do not follow the rigid formats of academic journals and offer a freer platform for contributors. So far, I have published several pieces in these outlets on the intersection of imagination, narrative, and space. These range widely — from mourning the demolished house of Thomas Tomasian on a street in Tehran to an imaginary journey with Hermione Granger to a mosque in Yazd, Iran.​​​​​​​

Books

Narrative Architecture by Nigel Coates is a book I translated and published with Mahkameh Rezapour Salim through Parham Naghsh Publications. The book addresses the questions of architecture and urban planning students in my country regarding narrative and how it can be applied to space. It is written in six chapters covering the nature of narrative, the land, the NATO group, narrative buildings, and narrative within the urban context, and it is available in both print and digital formats.​​​​​​​
